35. Ekofilm film festival

EKOFILM – the oldest international film festival about the environment and our natural and cultural heritage in Europe.Ekofilm is for all those who care about where and how they live. The festival screens films that reveal the influence of the environment on life on Earth and vice versa. Others focus on the beauty and the interesting things about nature and our cultural heritage. Pictures that are seemingly examinations of ethnological or sociological problems can also be seen.The festival is competitive.
ALL ENTRANCE IS FREE!
The festival program is for viewers aged from six to one hundred and offers competitive, non-competitive, school, and even individual film screenings on request. The accompanying program includes discussions, talks and workshops with filmmakers or experts on the environment and our natural and cultural heritage. Exhibits, theatrical performances and concerts are also included in the festival.
5. - 8.10. there will be some events held also in the building of the Faculty of Sciebces of the University of South Bohemia (Ceske Budejovice).
