First Turtle workshop ever

Everything you always wanted to know about sea turtles you can learn at this special turtle workshop. This workshop will teach you basic biology and ecology of marine turtles, how to ID species, how to tell male from female, what are the treaths fro turtles and how to protect them. Also you will activelly participate on a turtle monitoring program establish by Hepca called Turtle Watch.
Turtle Watch is an egyptian project where everyone can contribute by observing turtles, sending pictures and videos of them... by this you help researchers to collect various datas about turtles - where they spend their time, what is population size, what is their behaviour and most importantly we are creating a special unique turtle catalogue which enable you to identify individual turtles. Each turtle is given a name, the general information is included, plus identification tips and info about when and where the turtle was observed.
Participants will recieved certification card, study material, turtle catalogue, observation forms and turtle T-shirt.
