How is tropical ecology studied?

What interesting flora and fauna you can find in tropical lowland and highland rain forest, coral reefs, mangroves and even on active vulcano!

We will explore jungle of tropical lowland forest and climb to the mountain forest and even to the top of the highest mountain of Paupua Mt. Wilhelm 4 509 m.n.m.

To Papua we went as a group of 9 students during Field course of Tropical Ecology held by Faculty of Science of the University of South Bohemia.

The local life is absolutely different from things we know. We dance on local SIng Sing celebration, live in their villages and eat food cooked by Papuan women.

Month full of undrstanding and disstres far away from home taught us very much and we belive that is untouched world will be as wild and inacessible for a long time.
